Over the past 60 days Bright MLS recorded 70 detached, single family homes sold in the township with a median sold price of $590,000 and a median days on market of one week (7 days).
During this period there were 35 townhomes sold ranging from $271,000 (a 2 bedroom end unit townhome in Makefield Glen) to $687,000 m(a 3 bedroom new construction townhome at the Regency at Yardley. The median townhome sold price was $370,000 with the median days on market less than a week (5 days).
Eight condominiums sold from $285,000 (a 2 bedroom flat in Cornerstone) to $345,000 (a 2 bedroom, first floor condo in Rose Hollow). The time to sell the condos ranged from 1 to 8 days (5 days median).
Lower Makefield surrounds Yardley Borough which, prior to it's separation and incorporation in 1895, was known as the "Yardleyville" area of the township.
